Steer Destiny was founded by Pragati and Maj. Parthivsinh G Vaghela SM (Retd) in the year 2010 1st March.  Pragati comes with an IT background from Karnataka University (Dharwad) having designed software's for various processes in manufacturing firm. Maj. Parthivsinh comes with 16 years of Strategic Leadership and exposure in companies with national presence. Having worked in Army for over 7 years and subsequently having been associated with corporates like ICICI Bank Tata Motors Angel Broking and Jhaveri Securities. He has been an alumni of M. S University ASMT Bangalore DAVV Indore and IIM Ahmadabad.

The intention of Steer Destiny was to provide the following benefits to clients in corporate world:-
